Questions about plans
Are prices in Australian dollars?
Yes. Every price is in AUD and includes GST.
Do I get a tax invoice?
Yes. A tax invoice is emailed for each payment. At checkout you can add your business’s legal name, billing address, ABN and a purchase order number.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe’s secure checkout. Feaso Cloud never sees your card details.
Can I start on Free and upgrade later?
Yes. Upgrade from Settings › Billing and plan inside the app. Everything you’ve built stays as it is.
How do I add people to Team?
An owner adds seats in Billing, and pays today for the rest of the month. An invitation holds a seat until it is accepted or revoked.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from Billing. Your plan runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for, then moves to Free.
What happens to my work if I move to a smaller plan?
Nothing is deleted. Anything the smaller plan doesn’t include stays visible and read only, and unlocks again if you move back up.
What if a payment fails?
We email the owners and keep everything working for 3 days while the card is updated. After that the organisation moves to Free, with nothing deleted.
I already have an account. Can I buy another plan here?
Each email address belongs to one organisation. Sign in and change your plan from Billing, or use another address for a new organisation.
What is an AI import?
Each time the AI Importer reads one of your own Excel feasibility models into a new project. Pro includes 5 a month and Team 10, shared by everyone in the organisation. They top up to 5 or 10 at each billing date; unused ones don’t carry over. If the AI can’t read a workbook, that one doesn’t count. Importing the Feaso Cloud template or an EstateMaster DF file doesn’t use any.
